Rachel is an aspiring starlet that has a relationship with Levi. They love each other although Levi is sometimes jealous of all the attention Rachel is getting especially from men. Problems arise when the governor of the province Governor Edmundo Guatlo starts liking and ends up obssessing over Rachel. They try to break free from the influences of Guatlo, but he is just too powerful and influential. With the help of RJ, son of Guatlo's brother (whom he assisinated), they uncover the many corrupt practices of Guatlo. They try to fight Guatlo to send him inside jail but how much more can they take? Especially now that Guatlo is hurting the people they love.
